This privacy policy explains how the ContractWatchAI website and analysis service handles information when you use it.
ContractWatchAI does not create or maintain user accounts. There is no registration, no login, and no profile. You can use the analysis service without providing any personal information.
When you paste a contract and click "Analyze", the text you provide is sent to our server to be forwarded to a third-party LLM provider for analysis. No other data — such as cookies, device identifiers, or browsing history — is collected or transmitted as part of this request.
Your contract text is sent to an LLM provider to generate the clause-by-clause analysis. The analysis is returned to your browser and displayed on the page. The result is not stored on our server. The contract text you submit is not saved, logged, or retained after the analysis completes.
Each LLM provider has its own data handling policy. By using the analysis feature, your contract text will be processed by the configured LLM provider. We recommend you do not submit contracts containing sensitive personal information if you are not comfortable with this.
This site does not use cookies, tracking scripts, analytics services, or third-party embeds. No browsing data is collected for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
ContractWatchAI has no database, no persistent storage, and no caching layer. Analysis results exist only in your browser during the current session. Refreshing the page clears all results.
The analysis feature uses an LLM provider (such as OpenAI or another provider configured by the operator) to process contract text. The contract text is sent to that provider's API for the purpose of generating the analysis. This site does not control how the LLM provider handles data received through its API.
Because ContractWatchAI does not collect, store, or maintain any personal data, there is no data to access, correct, or delete. If you have concerns about how the LLM provider processes data, please refer to that provider's privacy policy.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top will be updated. No direct notification will be sent.
No legal entity has been registered for this service yet. The operator must supply a company name, address, and jurisdiction before this policy can describe a data controller. Until then, this policy describes the technical operation of the service.
