ContractWatchAI reads sponsorship and brand-deal contracts and shows you, clause by clause, what each section actually means — in plain English, right next to the original text. No account needed, no data stored, and it’s completely free.
To get started, go to the Analyse a contract page, paste the full text of the contract you’ve been sent, and click Analyse. Within seconds you’ll see each clause explained individually, with any unusual terms highlighted so you know what to question before signing.
There is no registration, no login, and nothing to download. Use it as many times as you like.
No. ContractWatchAI is a reading aid, not a lawyer. It helps you understand what a contract says, but it does not provide legal advice, form an attorney-client relationship, or give you a legally binding opinion. Always consult a qualified lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction before signing any contract. You can read the full disclaimer on every page of this site.
No. When you paste a contract and click Analyse, the text is sent to a third-party LLM provider to generate the breakdown. The analysis is returned to your browser and displayed on the page. We do not save, log, or retain your contract text on our servers. Results live only in your browser during the current session — refreshing the page clears everything.
No account, no login, no email address, nothing to sign up for. Paste a contract and get the analysis immediately. That’s it.
The breakdown is generated by a large language model (AI). It can produce errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. It may miss a clause entirely, misunderstand a legal term, or assign the wrong level of concern. Always verify the AI’s reading against the original contract text — that is why we show the original clause verbatim next to each explanation. If something feels off, trust your instinct and ask a lawyer. The service is provided “as is” without any warranty of accuracy.
ContractWatchAI is designed for sponsorship agreements and brand-deal contracts — the kind of influencer marketing, affiliate, or content partnership agreement an independent creator might be sent. It will attempt to analyse any contract text you paste, but it is optimised for the structure and language typical of sponsorship deals. Formal legal documents with a very different structure (employment contracts, property leases, court filings) may not produce useful results.
No. Your contract text is forwarded to an LLM provider solely for the purpose of generating the analysis on demand. We do not retain the text, use it for model training, or build a database of contracts. Each analysis is a one-off request with no persistence. Your privacy policy rights are described on the Privacy page.
ContractWatchAI is a functional prototype. It works today for its core purpose, but several things you might expect from a mature product are not yet in place. We are transparent about these so you can decide whether it meets your needs:
Nothing in this section means the product is broken. It means the scope is defined and bounded. If any of these limitations are a dealbreaker, ContractWatchAI may not be the right tool for your needs today.
ContractWatchAI does not currently have a reachable email address or any other contact route.
This is not an oversight — it is a consequence of the service not yet having a registered legal entity or configured mailbox. We cannot accept support requests by email because there is literally nowhere for them to arrive.
If you are the operator and need to set up a support contact, please create an email address for this domain and record it in needs.md in the project root.
